You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify ex606 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.
ex606 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. As part of our KYC procedures, we reserve the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a clear photograph or scan of your government-issued identification card (KTP or passport), proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), photographic verification (selfie holding your ID), and source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure with funds returned to the source after deduction of any applicable processing fees. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account with ex606. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of bonuses, and potential withholding of balances. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account, nor may you access or use any other person's Account. ex606 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers from the following institutions: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata. Additionally, we accept deposits through Indonesian e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and originate from an account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching the name on your ex606 Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum limit on deposit amounts, though individual transactions may be subject to daily limits imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider. Deposits via Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically processed instantly and credited to your Account balance within seconds. In rare cases where technical issues cause delays, deposits should be credited within 30 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared in your Account after 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team via live chat with your transaction reference number. ex606 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your ex606 Account are legally obtained, legitimately yours, and not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time, particularly for large or unusual deposit patterns. You agree not to use ex606 as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. Violation of this provision may result in account termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of all Account balances.
Withdrawals must be made to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet from which you deposited funds, or to an account/e-wallet registered in your own legal name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though we may split large withdrawals into multiple transactions for security and processing efficiency. To request a withdrawal, your Account must have completed KYC verification, you must have met any applicable wagering requirements on deposited funds and bonuses, and there must be no active disputes, investigations, or violations of these Terms associated with your Account.
ex606 processes most withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during business hours (24/7 operation). However, first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours to process. Withdrawals are subject to review for fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and verification of game integrity. We reserve the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request that raises security concerns or appears to violate these Terms. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard processing time, our customer support team will notify you of the reason and expected resolution timeframe.
To prevent money laundering and comply with financial regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before the deposited amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before you can withdraw the original deposit amount plus any winnings. Failure to meet this minimum wagering requirement will result in a 5% processing fee deducted from your withdrawal amount. This rollover requirement is separate from and in addition to any wagering requirements attached to bonus promotions.
ex606 does not charge fees for withdrawal transactions. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own receiving or currency conversion fees, which are beyond our control. All withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the amount requested without deduction by ex606. Any fees imposed by your financial institution will be deducted by that institution upon receipt of funds, not by ex606.
ex606 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional material or bonus terms page. General bonus conditions include: bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet stated criteria; each bonus can typically be claimed only once per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise; bonus funds are separate from real money funds and subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash; failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe results in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 5x wagering means you must bet five times the bonus value before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash). If bonus abuse is detected, we may void all winnings, confiscate bonus funds, close your Account, and report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
All sports bets placed on ex606 are subject to our sports betting rules, which cover bet settlement procedures, void bet conditions, dead heat rules, event postponements and cancellations, result corrections, and other sport-specific scenarios. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport. If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid; if postponed beyond 48 hours, bets are typically voided and stakes returned. Settlement of bets is final once completed; we do not honor requests to reverse settled bets except in cases of clear and demonstrable error on our part.

If we detect irregular play or error exploitation, we reserve the right to void all related bets, withhold winnings, confiscate balances obtained through such activity, and close your Account. We may also report serious violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
ex606 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe in good faith that: you have breached any provision of these Terms; you have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification; you are engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; you are underage or otherwise ineligible to use the Service; your Account shows signs of problem gambling and suspension is necessary for your protection; or continued operation of your Account poses risk to ex606, other players, or our service providers. Upon closure, any remaining balance of legitimate funds (excluding bonus funds or winnings obtained in violation of these Terms) will be returned to you after completion of any necessary verification and deduction of applicable fees.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. If you believe you have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tools detailed in our Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-exclusion can be temporary (cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or permanent. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ex606 and our officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; any content obtained from the Service; or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ex606 and our officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: your use of and access to the Service; your violation of any provision of these Terms; your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ex606 Services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI), with the arbitration to be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ex606 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and ex606.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver by ex606 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by ex606 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void. ex606 may freely assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations hereunder without restriction, including to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
